AV Nights at the Pilgrim
The Frakture team wish to include a multi-media night called AV Night within its monthly schedule at the Pilgrim. It will include, video works, live video, soundtrack pieces,
and creative lighting, The first session in May 2010, the next session is sketched in for September 2010.
The Frakture team invite artists and practitioners to submit, and offer work for these special nights.
FAQ's AV Nights / Pilgrim Nights
- What we are looking for
- Groups that use lighting effects during their set, or allow others to do so....
- Groups/music that play soundtracks to video
- The live transcription of a music act with video camera, either processed or not and then
broadcast to wall or screen within the room.
- Short stand alone creative video work, e.g. 5 -10 minute DVD, projected to screen without live music act
- What we are not looking for
- Stand alone creative video work, e.g.DVD that is longer than 15 minutes.
- Music acts that dont allow any of the above items to happen during their set.
- What we supply
- Currently venue The Pilgrim has a screen, Simon Jones provides a projector, Audio support: ask.
- Interested but cant make September AV Night

- September to December 2010: TBC but expenses can be met, therefore fees discussed upon application
